REAL HOUSE RECOVERY and its partners offer a comprehensive women-centered model of intensive case management and interagency collaboration tailored for our targeted crime victims. BRAVE enhances crime victim services to better address trauma, utilize key community partners, and actively engage those for whom access to services has been a barrier; as well as address factors pertaining to victimization, trauma and substance abuse; with a focus on IPV, domestic violence (DV); sexual assault; and human trafficking. Facilitated access and retention support maximizes our tailored menu of wraparound services, for females ages 14-55, providing legal services, case management, primary health care; shelter/housing, academic development opportunities, job development and job placement; as well as substance abuse/mental health supportive services.

Under the BRAVE, we provide access to:

  • 24-hour emergency shelter;
  • individual, family and group counseling;
  • family reunification, when appropriate for younger survivors;
  • individual legal services,
  • gateway services;
  • comprehensive assessments
  • individual service plans
  • coordinated case management
  • continuum of care service linkages
  • exit plans with three months of follow-up/aftercare services
